He began his career as an Education Assistant (2000-2010), where he laid the foundation for his dedication to community service. From 2011 to 2013, he served as a Community Development Officer at the Kigezi Health Care Foundation (KIHEFO), where his impact on community health initiatives was significant. In 2014, he took on the role of Coordinator at Kabale Civil Society (KACSOF), and by 2015, he became the Coordinator for KICK-U, leading to his current role as Executive Director in 2017.
Robert is renowned for his leadership, communication, advocacy, and fundraising skills, all of which are crucial in steering KICK-U towards achieving its mission. His role as Executive Director involves providing administrative and management oversight to the organization, ensuring that all operations align with the strategic goals of KICK-U.
During his tenure at KICK-U, Robert has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have fortified the organization's impact. He successfully registered KICK-U with the Government of Uganda, attracted key development partners, and played a crucial role in developing the 2021-2026 Strategic Development Plan. Anita Ninsiima is the Head of Programs (HoP) at Kick Corruption Out of Uganda (KICK-U). She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Kabale University, a Certificate in Administrative Law from Makerere University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University Mukono.
Anita has six years of experience as a Child Development Officer at Kihanga Child Development Center, where she developed strong administrative, leadership, communication, and advocacy skills. At KICK-U, she conducts risk assessments, develops compliance systems, and collaborates with stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability.
Her motivation comes from a desire to create positive change, a passion for justice, and a commitment to human rights. She envisions a Uganda free from corruption, where human rights are respected and protected. Her goals include educating the public, supporting victims, and advocating for policy change.

At 29 years old, Judith previously worked with M/s Bakanyebonera & Co. Advocates as a clerk, where she gained valuable experience in Legal Documentation and Office Coordination.
In her current role at KICK-U, she plays a vital part in ensuring organizational compliance and smooth administrative operations.Judith is committed to upholding Integrity, Accountability, and Efficiency in all aspects of her work. She is married and passionate about contributing to a Corruption-Free Uganda through her Professional Service and values-driven approach.

Gracious Akandwanaho serves as the Communications Officer at Kick Corruption Out of Uganda (KICK-U), where he directs robust communication strategies essential for transparency and outreach. With a background in computer science and public relations, Gracious brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic communication skills to his role.
Gracious has excelled in leadership positions such as Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Coordinator for Computer Science, GRC Information Technology & Computer Science, and Commissioner for Public Relations in the Electoral Commission at Kabale University. These roles highlight his capacity to manage IT initiatives, engage stakeholders effectively, and lead teams.
At KICK-U, Gracious Heads the Communication Department, ensuring accurate information dissemination to stakeholders and the public. Under his guidance, KICK-U upholds high standards of communication integrity and quality. His responsibilities encompass stakeholder feedback, relationship management, and external communications through press briefs, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Gracious's professional growth is supported by extensive training in digital security, procurement, entrepreneurship, and ICT policy implementation. Proficient in various computer applications, he enhances KICK-U's outreach through compelling presentations and training sessions. His skills in content creation, website management, and strategic planning significantly contribute to KICK-U's mission of promoting good governance and fighting corruption in Uganda.
